Alicia L. Tijerina, 71, entered into eternal rest, October 10, 2023, in San Antonio, Texas. Ms. Tijerina is preceded in death by her husband Alberto Tijerina Sr.; sisters, Maria Tijerina, Catarina Fraga.

Alicia is survived by her daughter, Angela Tijerina Soto (Juan Soto Jr.); son, Alberto Tijerina Jr. (Jessica Tijerina); brothers, Baldomero Lozano, Manuel Lozano; sisters, Olivia Vella, Sulema Banda, Oralia Ruiz and four grandchildren, Evan Soto, Alec Soto, Genevieve Tijerina, Guiliana Tijerina.

The Tijerina family will honor their loved one on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at Leonard Funeral Home from 5:00 pm to 9 pm.  A rosary will begin at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at Immaculate Conception Church in Asherton. Interment will follow to the Guadalupe Cemetery in Asherton.
