Arturo Rubio Garza Jr., 58, entered eternal rest on October 30, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas. Arturo was born in Elk Grove, Illinois on January 7, 967, to Paula Ramirez and Arturo Garza Sr. Arturo is preceded in death by his father, and brother; Dario Garza.

Arturo is survived by his wife; Patricia Garza, children; Bobby Joe Garza, Stephanie G. Covarrubias, Jennifer N. Sanchez, Alexandra M. Garza, Melissa A. Garza, Sarah Gallegos, Arturo R. Garza III, Moses Garza, siblings; Antonio Alaniz, Philip Alaniz, Richard Alaniz, Fernando Garza, Isidro Garza, Samuel Garza, Maria Guadalupe Garza Ruiz, Esperanza Garza Abundez, Maria Del Carmen Garz Osio,  along with 29 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

The Garza family will honor their loved one on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at Leonard Funeral Home from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A rosary will be held at 7:00 pm. A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 10:00 am at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic. Interment will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be Bobby Joe Garza, Moses Garza, Noah O'Ryan Trevino, Angel  Covarrubias V, Marcos Thomas Sanchez, Fernando Garzaq, Zacary Garza, and Arturo R. Garza III.
