Clara M. Guerra, 86, entered eternal rest, November 24, 2025, in Uvalde, Texas, surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Guerra was born on August 12, 1939, to Maria and Fernando Montejano. Mrs. Guerra is preceded in death by her parents, husband of 58 years; Estevan Guerra, brother; Pedro Montejano, sisters; Felicita Ledesma, Elvira Zarate, and San Juana Ramirez.

Clara is survived by her children; Veronica Garcia and spouse; Lalo Gallegos, Sonia Dee Yanez, Griselda Guerra, Ricky Guerra and spouse, Alice, and Peter Guerra and spouse, Norma, along with 12 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

The Guerra family will honor their loved one on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at Leonard Funeral Home from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A rosary will begin at 7:00 pm. A funeral mass will be held on Friday, December 5, 2025, at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church where a funeral mass will begin at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
