Clelia R. Alfaro, 76 entered eternal rest, Saturday, June 1, 2024, in San Antonio, Texas. Mrs. Alfaro is preceded in death by her husband; Alejandro L. Alfaro, parents; Maria Antonia Gonzalez and Fernando Maldonado, brothers; Rosario Esquivel.
Clelia is survived by her daughters; Maria Alejandra Alfaro-Santillan, Maria D. Alfaro Alcorta, Clelia R. Alfaro Jr., Laura Carrizales, son; Jose M. Alfaro, sister; Oralia Angelica Bermea, along with 16 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
The Alfaro family will honor their loved one on Monday, June 10, 2024, at Leonard Funeral Home from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A rosary will begin at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Asherton where a funeral mass will begin at 10 a.m. Internment will follow at the Guadalupe Cemetery.
