Dennis R. Ortiz, 58, entered into eternal rest, October 9, 2023, in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Ortiz is preceded in death by his parents Richard R. Ortiz and Janie Ramirez Ortiz and his twin brother Daniel Ortiz.

Dennis is survived by his son Dennis Anthony Ortiz; sisters, Deanna Esquivel (Jesse), Deanira Castorena (Jose) and numerous nieces and nephews.

The Ortiz family will honor their loved one on Monday October 16, 2023, at Leonard Funeral Home from 4:00 pm to 9 pm. A rosary will begin at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Carrizo Springs. Interment will follow to Mt. Hope Cemetery in Carrizo Springs.
