Evangelina W. Garza, 96, entered into eternal rest, November 12, 2023, in Carrizo Springs, Texas. Ms. Garza is preceded in death by her husband, Alejandro Garza Sr., her parents Andrew and Leonor Martinez Wise, siblings and granddaughter, Jennifer Marie Garza.

Evangelina is survived by her daughter, Linda Bell (John); son, Alex Garza Jr. (Norma); three grandchildren, Rene Garza (Patricia), Alex Garza III (Elizabeth), David Lee Garza (Lucero); five great grandchildren, Rene Garza Jr., Aaron Garza, Emma Garza, Christian Garza and Milo Garza.

The Garza family will honor their loved one on Monday, November 20, 2023, at Leonard Funeral Home from 4 pm to 9 pm.  A rosary will begin at 7 pm. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at Immaculate Conception Church in Asherton where a funeral mass will begin at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at the Guadalupe Cemetery in Asherton.
