Felipe Cervantes Jr., 66, entered into eternal rest, September 25, 2024, in Carrizo Springs, Texas. Mr. Cervantes is preceded in death by his father; Felipe Cervantes Sr., sister; Rosemary Cervantes.

Felipe is survived by his mother; Eulogia Cervantes, wife; Elia Martinez Cervantes, sons; Felipe Cervantes Jr., Ryan Cervantes, daughters; Rosemary Cervantes, Erica Cervantes, brothers; Merced and Rose Cervantes of Corpus Christi, Texas, Jose Luis "Joey" Cervantes of Denver City, Texas, Donny Cervantes of Denver City, Texas, Roy Cervantes of Denver City, Texas, sisters; Katie and Ralph Gonzales of Denver City, Texas, Angie Rodriguez of Denver City, Texas, along with numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

The Cervantes family will honor their loved one on Friday, September 27, 2024, at Leonard Funeral Home from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A rosary will begin at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Carrizo Springs where a funeral mass will begin at 10 a.m.
