Guadalupe G. Tapia, 77, entered eternal rest, Thursday, November 14, 2024, in Asherton, Texas. Mrs. Tapia is preceded in death by her parents; Herminia Alfaro Gomez and Salvador Gomez, brothers; Juan Manuel Gomez, Jesus Gomez, sister; Gloria G. Rodriguez.

Guadalupe is survived by her husband of 57 years Gregorio P. Tapia, daughters; Roxanne Tapia, Sandra Tapia, sons; Duane Tapia, Greg Tapia, David Tapia, brothers; Juan Jose Gomez, Salvador Gomez Jr., sister; San Juanita G. Vasquez. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews.

The Gomez-Tapia family will honor their loved one on Monday, November 18, 2024, at Leonard Funeral Home from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at 10:00 am at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Asherton. Interment to follow at Guadalupe Cemetery in Asherton.

Pallbearers will be David Tapia, Anthony Mendoza Jr., Joe Robert Mendoza, Gregory Tapia Jr., Nathan Matthew Rangel, Gregorio Tapia.
