Irene Martinez, 92, entered eternal rest, Monday, March 3, 2025, in Carrizo Springs, Texas. Mrs. Martinez is preceded in death by her parents; Eloisa Patlan Gloria and Nicholas Gloria, husband; Raul Garcia Martinez, daughters; Susanna Martinez, Ann Rodriguez, Norma Irene Longoria, brothers; Raul Gloria, Nicholas Gloria Jr., Luis Gloria, sisters; Jesusa Castillon, Maria Juarez, Sylvia Silva, Deliah Gloria.

Irene is survived by her daughters; Melissa Whitehead, Linda Martinez, brother; Henry Gloria along with numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.

The Martinez family will honor their loved one on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at Leonard Funeral Home from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A rosary will begin at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Carrizo Springs where a funeral mass will begin at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at the Guadalupe Cemetery.
