Jesus "Jesse" Sanchez Sr., 55, entered into eternal rest, December 4, 2023, in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Sanchez is preceded in death by his mother, Maria Elena Chaires; brother, David Sanchez Jr.; sister, Angelica Maria Sanchez.

Jesus is survived by his beloved wife Diana Gamez Sanchez; sons, Jesus Sanchez Jr. and Samuel Sanchez; father, David Sanchez Sr.; sisters, Raquel Sanchez, Elena Orosco (Juan Lara), Cecilia Cadena (Greg Cadena Sr.), Velia Barajas (Jesse Barajas), Maria Iturbe (Cesar Iturbe Sr.); brother, Juan Chaires; two grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

The Sanchez family will honor their loved one on Friday, December 15, 2023, at Leonard Funeral Home from 5:00 pm to 9 pm.  A rosary will begin at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2023, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church where a funeral mass will begin at 10 a.m. Interment will follow to the Guadalupe #4 Cemetery.
