Jose Daniel Esparza entered into eternal rest, October 26, 2023, in Asherton, Texas. Mr. Esparza is preceded in death by his father Juan C. Esparza.

Jose is survived by his mother Margarita Esparza, wife Yahaira Esparza, daughter Clarissa Esparza, son Jose Daniel Esparza Jr., son Samuel Gutierrez Jr. and Grandson Mateo Gutierrez.

The Esparza family will honor their loved one on Monday, November 6, 2023, at Leonard Funeral Home from 5:00 pm to 9 pm.  A rosary will begin at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at Mission de Fe Church in Carrizo Hill where a funeral mass will begin at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Guadalupe Cemetery in Asherton, Texas
