Josefa R. Reyna, 93, entered eternal rest September 22, 2026, in San Antonio, Texas. Mrs. Reyna was born April 3, 1933, to Maria G. Rodriguez and Gregorio Rodriguez in Asherton, Texas. Mrs. Reyna is preceded in death by her parents, sons, Querino Reyna, Anselmo Reyna, daughter, Juanita Reyna.

Josefa is survived by her daughters, Sofia De Leon, Esmeralda Alcazar, Sylvia Jones, Josie Reyna, Alicia Reyna, Yolanda Reyna, Veronica Talamantez, Brenda Rodriguez, sons, Guadalupe Reyna, Samuel Reyna, Gregorio Rodriguez, Luis Flores Jr., sister, Ramona Garza. Josefa is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

The Reyna family will honor their loved one on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at Leonard Funeral Home from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A rosary will begin at 7:00 pm. A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church which will begin at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Guadalupe #4 Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be Benardo De Leon, E. Jay Aguilar, Elijia Cervantez, Anselmo Reyna, Mark Alcazar, Juan Alcazar Jr., and James Jones Jr.
