Ledia Cavasos Mejia, 92, entered into eternal rest, April 21, 2024, in Carrizo Springs, Texas. Mrs. Mejia is preceded in death by her husband; Manuel Espinoza Mejia, brothers; Alfredo Cavasos, Chavel Cavasos, daughter; Gloria Mejia Gomez and grandson; Marcos Granados Mejia.

Ledia is survived by her son; Manuel Cavasos Mejia, grandchildren; Domenica Granados Mejia, Rosemary Granados Mejia, Manuel Granados Mejia, Jose A. Gomez, and Ledia Gomez, 9 great grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews.

The Mejia family will honor their loved one on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at Leonard Funeral Home from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A rosary will begin at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at St. Michaels Catholic Church in Big Wells where a funeral mass will begin at 10 a.m. Internment will follow at St. Michaels Cemetery.
