Leon Russell McNeil Jr., 72, entered eternal rest, Saturday, May 18, 2024, in Eagle Pass, Texas. Mr. McNeil is preceded in death by his wife; Margarita McNeil, parents; Mattie Russell and Leon McNeil, brother; Marvin McNeil, nephew; Rodney McNeil, sister-in-law; Irene McNeil.

Leon is survived by his brothers; Royce McNeil and Raymond McNeil, sister; Joyce McNeil Villanueva.

The McNeil family will honor their loved one on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at 10:00 am at Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Crystal City. Inurnment will follow at Edgewood Cemetery.
