Luis Garcia was born on April 18, 1962, in Carrizo Springs, Texas, and with his passing on August 27, 2023, is now with or Lord.  He is survived by his brothers, Eduardo Garcia, Jesus Garcia Jr., Antonio Garcia; sisters, Dora Monzon, Norma Benson and Mary Weir. He is preceded in death by his parents Jesus S. Garcia and Petra Mendoza Garcia and infant sister Dora Garcia.
