Luzcila Orosco, 68, of Carrizo Springs, Texas passed away on March 23, 2025. Luzcila was born on November 14, 1956, in Carrizo Springs, Texas to Anastacia Tapia Santoya and Antonio Santoya.

Luzcila is preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, David Orosco; parents; daughter, Carolina Orosco; sisters, Avelinda Longoria, Martha Santoya; brother, Mario Santoya.

She is survived by her daughter, Veronica Orosco; son, David Orosco Jr. (and wife Leticia); brothers, Rosalio Santoya and Leonardo Santoya; sisters, Rachel Rocha, Anna Richardson, Sandra Vela, and Melva Rios; grandchildren, Eliana Perez, David Orosco III, Gabriela Orosco, Carolina Diaz, Christian Salazar; great grandchildren, Joshua Orosco, John Carlos Cervantes, Jaxton Perez, and Martha Rose Perez.

The Santoya-Orosco family will honor their loved one on Friday, March 28, 2025, at Leonard Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A rosary will begin at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 29 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Carrizo Springs where a funeral mass will begin at 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be Ricardo Longoria, Lupe Longoria, Eduardo Santoya, Rosario Santoya Jr., Jose Rios Jr., Jerry Rocha, Raul Longoria, and Rick Longoria Jr..
