Maria De Lourdes Juarez was born on January 4, 1939, in Cotulla, Texas, and went to be with the Lord on July 21, 2023, in Carrizo Springs, Texas. She is survived by her daughter Corina Juarez Muñoz; sons, Eugenio Flores Juarez Jr., Orlando Juarez, Gilberto Juarez; sisters, Norma Brady, Beatrice Patlan, Rebecca Patterson, Lydia Pacheco, Elvia Blake, Amanda Guerra, Lesvia Sauceda, Olga Tovar. She is preceded in death by her husband Eugenio F. Juarez Sr.; parents, Gilberto Martinez and Nevolena Villarreal; sister, Olga Valdez.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral procession will leave at 9:45 a.m. for a 10:00 mass on July 27, 2023, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Carrizo Springs. Inurnment will follow at a later date. Services under the direction of Leonard Funeral Home.
