Ramiro Maldonado Jr., 42, entered eternal rest on August 30, 2025 in Carrizo Springs, Texas. Ramiro was born in Carrizo Springs, Texas on May 23, 1983 to Rosaura De Leon and Ramiro Maldonado Sr. He is preceded in death by his father.

Ramiro is survived by his mother; Rosaura D. Ramirez, loving wife; Olga Lidia De La Cruz, children; Bonnie Rose Maldonado, Hector Xavier Maldonado, Aylee Bee Maldonado, Remy Ramiro Ayala, Tatiana Ayala, and Harley Ayala, brother; Israel Ramirez Jr., sisters; Erica Ramirez, Gina Leonard, Isabell Ramirez, and Erica Nicole Maldonado, along with 8 grandchildren.

The Maldonado family will honor their loved one on Monday, September 8, 2025, at Leonard Funeral Home from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A rosary will begin at 7:00 pm. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Carrizo Springs, Texas. Following the mass, a cremation and interment of ashes will be held at a later date.
