Ricardo Garcia, 73, entered eternal rest, May 19, 2026, in Carrizo Springs, Texas, surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Garcia is preceded in death by his Parents, Francisco Sanchez Garcia and Edubjen Menchaca Garcia; Son, Ricardo Garcia Jr.; Brothers, Armando Garcia, Ramon Garcia and Guadalupe Garcia; Nephew, Mario Garcia Jr. and Niece, Maria Luisa Garcia.

Ricardo is survived by his Son, Vicente Garcia and Daughters, Monica Garcia, April Garcia and Graciela Garcia. Brothers; Ramiro Garcia from Crystal City, Texas, Mario Garcia and Luis Garcia from Carrizo Springs, Texas and Francisco Garcia from Minnesota. Sisters, Maribel Garcia and Martha Rubalcaba from Carrizo Springs, Texas, Esmeralda Cerda from Snyder, Texas and Maria Elena Alfaro from Moorehead, Minnesota.

The Garcia family will honor their loved one on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at Leonard Funeral Home from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A rosary will begin at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 29, 2026, at Leonard Funeral Home where a chapel Service will begin at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be Ramiro Garcia, Amador Alfaro, Francisco Titsworth, Miguel Angel Garcia, Vicente Garcia, Luis Garcia, and Ted Cerda.
