Roberto Betancourt, 67, entered eternal rest, Monday, November 25, 2024, in Carrizo Springs, Texas. Mr. Betancourt is preceded in death by his parents; Sara Villarreal Betancourt and Daniel Betancourt Sr., son; Eric Betancourt, sisters; Dora Betancourt Aldape, Rosa Betancourt Petterson, brother; Richard Betancourt.

Roberto is survived by his wife, Yolanda Juarez Betancourt, daughters; Erica Betancourt, Sara Ann Betancourt, Crystal Betancourt, brothers; Daniel Betancourt Jr., Lionel Betancourt, grandchildren; Adrianna Moreno Kazt, Julianna Nayeli Moreno, Marc Angel Flores, Azriel Lee Trevino, Citrali Alisica Trevino, Eric Bryson Mendiola, Evelyn Rincon, great grandchild; Lorenzo Martinez.

The Betancourt family will honor their loved one on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at Leonard Funeral Home from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at 10:00 am at the Gethsemani Baptist Church in Carrizo Springs. Interment to follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be: Marc Angel Flores, Azriel Lee Trevino, Alfredo Trevino Jr., Manuel Moreno, Daniel Mendiola, Jose Fregosa and Rudy Martinez. Honorary pallbearers will be Gilberto Juarez, Anthony Aldape, Cresencio Adame and Richard Ramirez.
