Saul Saldana, 67 yrs old, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, in Carrizo Springs, Texas.  Saul was born in Carrizo Springs on November 18, 1958, to Sulema Esquivel Saldana & Manuel Saldana.  Saul is preceded in death by his parents, siblings Jose Luis Saldana and Rodolfo Saldana.

Saul is survived by his daughter Andrea J. Saldana, brothers, Manuel (Laura Ann) Saldana Jr,  Jesse (Beatrice (+)Saldana, Sam  Endelia) Saldana, Mario Saldana, and John (Irma) Saldana sisters, Estella ( Manuel Jr.) Arce., Sylvia (Guadalupe +) Jaime, Mary Lou (Raul V.) Longoria, Anita (Charles) Patlan, Sulema Saldana, & Cynthia (Alexander) Perales along with numerous nieces and nephews.

The Saldana's will honor their loved one on Friday, June 12, 2026, at Leonard Funeral home from 4 pm to 5pm, family only, and 5 pm to 9 pm general viewing with a rosary at 7:00 pm.  Church services will be on Saturday, June 13th at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church at 10:00 am, followed by interment at Mt. Hope Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be his nephews, Jesse Saldana, Jr., Manuel Saldana, III, Manuel Arce III, Luis Cristobal Vera, John David Saldana, and Saul Saldana.
