Valvina R. Lomas, 81, born March 31, 1945, in Winter Haven, Texas, entered eternal rest, September 12, 2026, in San Antonio, Texas. Ms. Lomas is preceded in death by her parents, Dominga Guardiola Ramirez and Alejos Ramirez, her loving husband, Luciano Lomas, daughter, Liza Tijerina, son, Tony Lomas, brothers, Manuel Ramirez, Alex Ramirez Jr., Cruz Ramirez, Roy Ramirez, Domingo Ramirez.

Valvina is survived by her daughter, Arisvel Costilla, son, Ernesto Costilla, sisters, Tomasa Ramirez, Romaldina Vargas, as well as 7 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

The Lomas family will honor their loved one on Friday, September 18, 2026, at Leonard Funeral Home from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The rosary will begin at 7:00 pm. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church which will begin at 10:00 a.m.

Serving as pallbearers will be Ernesto Costilla, Angel Costilla, Tony Cavanaugh, Alexander Lomas, Kenny Vargas, and Juan Guajardo.
